Defective or Incorrect Items
We will process exchanges on defective items or items shipped incorrectly by our facility (e.g., wrong item, wrong size, etc.). We must be notified within 7 business days of receipt if an incorrect item is received so that we can rectify the issue. Additional policies still apply.
Customer Order Errors
If an item was ordered incorrectly by the customer and an exchange or return is requested, we will review and do our best to accommodate based on product availability and our additional policies. A refund or exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receipt.
Items Damaged in Transit

If an item is damaged in transit by USPS (our non-preferred carrier), the customer will be responsible for contacting USPS directly to file a claim for compensation of damages.

If an item is damaged in transit by UPS or DHL, please contact us so that we can assist with compensation for the damaged goods.
Condition of Returned Items

All items must have original tags and be unworn and unwashed.

Returns or exchanges on certain products (e.g., socks, flasks, briefs) must be unopened and in original packaging.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product in your order is out of stock, you will receive a refund for that item.
Domestic Orders Only
You will be provided with a return label via email for returns and exchanges. We will not reimburse you for any postage paid outside of that provided return label.
International Orders Only
We cannot provide labels for returns or exchanges. This cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Please allow 6–8 business days from the time you send in your return or exchange for it to be processed.
Gift Cards & Store Credits

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Third-Party Purchases
We do not accept returns for Hugh Glass Music, LLC products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
